I started this video with an intent to answer on the two different investment strategies - buy a new launch for capital appreciation or a resale property for rental yield?

District 1, in the core central region, have properties has one of the most attractive rental yields due to the lower entry price as compared to their CCR counterparts. But even so does that really put them in favour over properties in the outskirts?

In this video, I'm going to talk about properties in the CBD and buying them for rental yield. Is this really the best investment decision?
